Who Am I?
I am Rick Davids, a lifelong Alaska Resident and a 1969 graduate of West Anchorage High School . I have been a real estate licensee for over 12 years and I am the Broker of Sun Properties.
Sun Properties has been doing business in the Anchorage area for approximately 10 years. A majority of my business is referrals and repeat business from previous clients.
In addition to my real estate experience, I have a solid background in home construction/remodeling. I have built several cabins from the ground up, and I have done extensive remodeling on a number of homes. I believe that this unique combination of experience in both construction and real estate provides me with the expertise needed to get you the best possible deal when you buy or sell your home.
